PROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES
The pillars of our project management start with a premier production team selected to address the unique characteristic of each project. These pillars of management and oversight of our projects include:
Pillar #1 – Our teams are built with seasoned professionals who all have unique creative capabilities to impact the images and story development.
Pillar #2 – We resource each project to be extremely adaptable to the demands of field production to best achieve the most powerful images. In some cases this means being a lean team with the ability to move quickly and deal with anything that Mother Nature delivers.
Pillar #3 – Our technical management insures top quality in all aspects of the production from field image management to editing.
Pillar #4 – Our overall project management insures staffing, logistics, budget oversight, clear communication, and documentation of the key benchmarks of the project.
